RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Answer customer inquiries and provide policy information.
- Assist clients with policy changes, updates, and processing payments.
- Process insurance claims and follow up with clients.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented and able to multitask.
- Previous customer service experience preferred.
- Property & Casualty License will be REQUIRED to start.
